Hart Games ("we," "our," or "us") built Treasure Sudoku as a free app. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

Treasure Sudoku stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Game progress and statistics
• Settings and preferences
• Collected artifacts and achievements

This data never leaves your device. We do not have access to it, and it is not transmitted to any server.

If you purchase the Explorer's Pass, our payment processing partner (RevenueCat, see below) collects your purchase history and an anonymous device/app identifier to activate and restore that purchase. We do not receive or store this information ourselves.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• No location data
• No usage analytics or tracking
• No cookies or similar technologies
• No advertising SDKs
• No personal information (name, email, contacts, etc.)

Data Storage

All game data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. Uninstalling the app will delete all locally stored data.

Children's Privacy

Treasure Sudoku does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app contains no social features, no in-app chat, no accounts, and no user-generated content.

Third-Party Services

Treasure Sudoku uses RevenueCat to process the optional Explorer's Pass purchase and let you restore it if you reinstall the app or switch devices. RevenueCat receives your purchase history and an anonymous identifier tied to your device — never your name, email, or any other personal information — and does not use this data for advertising or cross-app tracking. We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
